Star’s Ocean View Balcony and Infinite Ocean View Balcony both look toward the sea, but the outdoor space works differently. Start by deciding whether you want a separate veranda or an area that becomes part of the room when enclosed.

Watch how the balcony opens
In a standard Ocean View Balcony you step onto a separate outdoor area. In Infinite, the outer window opens and the seating area stays integrated with the room. Watch that part of each tour before deciding which arrangement suits your downtime.
Keep combined area out of the cabin column
Royal’s Star guide describes Infinite and Family Infinite using figures that encompass their convertible space. Here the authorized representative’s figures stay separate: 18.6 m² cabin plus 4.6 m² convertible area for Infinite. This prevents a misleading comparison with the standard balcony’s 18.9 m² cabin.
Family Infinite changes more than the balcony
If sharing the bathroom or finding separate beds is the real concern, compare Family Infinite as well. It adds a bunk alcove and separates the shower from the toilet. That is a more relevant difference for a larger party than choosing a balcony name alone.
