Park at: Garage A, Northside
This is the one PortMiami garage priced outside the port's published tiers. The port's own parking page declines to print a rate for it and refers you to the garage operator's separate website, and we could not read a published figure there, so we do not quote one — price it directly before assuming it matches either tier. Clearance is 7 ft 2 in on the first floor, 8 ft on the second and 7 ft 2 in above. Royal Caribbean's Terminal G began construction in summer 2025, so assignments in this corner of the port are still moving.

Park at: Garage B, Northside
$35 per vehicle, per space, per day, a rate the port marks effective January 1, 2025. Clearance holds at 7 ft 6 in on every floor, the most generous of any Northside garage with a published rate, so this is the one Northside structure that does not punish you for taking an upper floor in a tall vehicle.

Park at: Garage D and Surface Lot E, Northside
Both are $25 per day, the port's standard tier. Garage D is 8 ft 2 in on the first floor and 6 ft 8 in above, the lowest published clearance at the port, so assume you will not get the first floor on a busy morning. Surface Lot E has no overhead clearance restriction at all and is the port's stated home for oversized vans, recreational vehicles and vehicles with trailers — but it is priced per space, so a rig occupying two spaces is $50 per day.

One structure covers Terminals F, G and V together at $25 per day long-term and $10 short-term. Clearance is 9 ft 6 in on the first floor and 6 ft 11 in above. Terminal V, Virgin Voyages' three-story 100,000 square foot building, opened in 2022, the same year Terminal F was renovated.

It depends on the garage. PortMiami's own parking page links two booking flows: Garage A for Royal Caribbean through royalmiamiparking.com, and Garage B for Norwegian through ParkWhiz/NCL. Garages C, D and G and Surface Lot E have none — the port publishes flat daily rates and you pay on entry. The downtown off-site lots take reservations too, and both take payment up front.
The port's parking information page publishes rates, a clearance table, payment methods and staffed hours for these garages, and no reservation system alongside them; the only booking flows it links are for Garage A and Garage B. What it does publish is worth planning around: garages are open and staffed from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. on cruise days, the free shuttle to the terminals runs on cruise days only, and payment is cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or a major U.S. traveler's check. The port states plainly that debit cards are not accepted.

Reservations are prepaid on the operator's own site, which advertises no hidden fees and puts the garage 5 to 10 minutes from the port with a complimentary round-trip shuttle. One caution: its shuttle start time is given differently on two of its own pages, so confirm the first pickup for your sailing date rather than trusting whichever page you landed on.

Its FAQ answers the question directly: no, a reservation is not required, but you may find the facility full and prices much higher on arrival, so it strongly suggests booking ahead. Payment is taken in full when the reservation is made, by major credit card, and the operator states that taxes, fees and surcharges imposed by the state, city or port authority may be added to the daily rate along with its own service fee — so treat the advertised $10.50 as a floor rather than your total. Dates and times can be edited up to 24 hours before the first day on the booking. The garage runs 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on cruise days only, with a 7 ft 0 in clearance and a county-ordinance cap of four passengers per reserved space.

PortMiami has parking garages at each terminal. The port is on an island — take the Port Boulevard tunnel from I-395 (toll-free) or the MacArthur Causeway from South Beach. Garages AA (MSC) and B (Norwegian) are $35 per vehicle, per space, per day. Garages C, D, F and G are $25/day long-term and $10 short-term with no overnight — Carnival sails from Terminals D and E and parks in Garage D. Surface Lot E, the open-air option and the only one without a height limit, is $25 per space per day, doubling to $50 if your vehicle takes two spaces. Garage A, serving Royal Caribbean at Terminal A, is the one garage the port does not price on its own page; it refers you to the garage operator's site instead.
Pro tip: Debit cards are NOT accepted — bring a credit card or cash. Follow signs to your specific terminal number; the port is large and garages are not interchangeable. Check the clearance for your garage before you drive in, because the first floor is much taller than the rest: Garage D drops to 6ft 8in above the ground floor, Garage C to 6ft 10in. Brightline's Fort Lauderdale station is downtown, not at the airport — a dedicated Brightline shuttle covers the airport-to-station leg. The train reaches MiamiCentral in under 40 minutes, and MiamiCentral is less than a 10-minute drive from PortMiami.
