Parking
Secured outdoor parking lots are at South Locust Point, within walking distance of the terminal — there is no shuttle to wait for. Rate is $25 a night for a passenger vehicle or SUV — no advance reservation needed. Recreational vehicles are $40 a night under 30 feet and $50 a night over. Accessible parking is available on site. Credit card only.
Passenger drop-off
Follow I-95 to Exit 55 (Key Highway), then continue straight onto East McComas Street. The terminal entrance is on the right at 2001 E McComas St. Drop off luggage curbside with porters (tip $2-3 per bag), then drop off passengers before heading to the parking lot.
Before you arrive
- Complete online check-in before arrival — Royal Caribbean uses the app's SetSail pass, Carnival uses the HUB app
- Bring proof of citizenship plus a government-issued photo ID — a driver's license alone is not accepted, even a REAL ID. An Enhanced Driver's License (WA, NY, MI, MN, VT) counts as both on a round trip. A passport covers both; on a closed-loop sailing that returns to Baltimore, a state-issued birth certificate with your photo ID also works, and guests under 16 need only the birth certificate
- Both cruise lines share the same terminal building — follow signage for your specific line
- Arrive during your assigned boarding window to avoid long waits
Last-minute supplies
The terminal building itself has no shops. The Harris Teeter grocery store at McHenry Row (1801 Whetstone Way) is the closest option — just a few minutes away. James Pharmacy on Light Street in Federal Hill has toiletries and medications. Stock up before you arrive if you're not passing McHenry Row on your way in.
