What it shows

Harbor traffic in HD around the clock. PTZtv says the feed covers cruise ship departures from the Manhattan, Brooklyn and Cape Liberty terminals, and names Carnival, Norwegian, Holland America and Cunard among the ships that come through.

This is a harbor camera, not a pier camera: it cannot show you a ship tied up at Pier 88 or Pier 90. What it can show you is that ship half an hour later, down the Hudson and out across the Upper Bay on its way to the Narrows. Read the departure time above and watch then, rather than leaving it open all afternoon.

What it shows

Hudson River traffic in HD around the clock, with the New York skyline behind it. PTZtv says the feed covers the cruise ship movements at the nearby Manhattan Cruise Terminal, and names Carnival, Norwegian, Holland America and Cunard among the lines whose ships it shows.

This is the closer of the two New York cameras, but PTZtv does not say on its page which pier is in frame, and it gives the camera's range as the George Washington Bridge down to the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge. So it may be on Pier 88, Pier 90 or somewhere else on the Hudson when you open it. PTZtv's page still calls the restaurant "coming Winter 2026", but the camera itself was streaming when we checked on 2026-09-22.
