When Can You Board Norwegian Escape?
Norwegian puts an embarkation time on your eDocs and asks that you arrive no earlier than one hour before it. You must be onboard no later than one hour before the departure time in the same eDocs, or you will not be permitted to sail.
The arrival time on your own boarding pass is the one that governs your sailing.

Use 100 Poydras Garage; the shuttle carries passengers and bags to the terminal. Published totals: $120/4 days, $135/5 or $180/7. Reservations add a $1 fee per day and are recommended. Credit or debit cards accepted. The port FAQ quotes a different daily rate; confirm your cruise total before booking.

For terminal drop-off, take I-10 Exit 234A, then US 90 W Exit 11C. Turn right on Tchoupitoulas, left on Henderson, then left on Port of New Orleans Place. Julia is past Erato. Drivers parking should go directly to 100 Poydras Garage.

Norwegian Escape boards at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which does not have its own parking garage. Passengers park at the 100 Poydras Garage and take a shuttle to the terminal. Complete check-in through the NCL app beforehand, and enter the port area from Tchoupitoulas Street via Henderson Street, not from Julia or Poydras. For a pre-cruise meal, Cochon in the Warehouse District is a 5-minute drive and serves James Beard-winning Cajun food.
