Drop-Off & Parking
Parking
Same parking as Pier 88 — the rooftop garage serves both piers. On-site rate is $45.00 per night, taxes included, credit card only. Reservations can be made through the terminal's parking page. Third-party garages a five-to-eleven-minute walk inland may offer better rates for a full week.
Passenger drop-off
Pier 90 is adjacent to Pier 88 at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal complex. All vehicles enter from 55th Street and 12th Avenue. Follow terminal staff directions for your specific pier assignment. If you are driving and parking, the terminal's rule runs backwards from most ports: park on the rooftop first, then bring your luggage down to the second level for check-in — you cannot drop bags curbside and then go park without leaving the terminal.

Luggage storage
Cruise NYC, which runs the terminal, says it cannot store luggage at its terminals, and that luggage companies around the city do it for a fee.

Before you arrive
Arrive during the check-in window in your cruise-line documents.
- Check your cruise line's embarkation documents for your specific pier assignment — it may change
- Complete online check-in and download your cruise line's app before arrival
- Bring proof of citizenship plus a government-issued photo ID — a driver's license alone is not accepted, even a REAL ID. An Enhanced Driver's License (WA, NY, MI, MN, VT) counts as both on a round trip. A passport covers both; on a closed-loop sailing that returns to New York, a state-issued birth certificate with your photo ID also works, and guests under 16 need only the birth certificate

Same options as Pier 88 — CVS at 800 10th Ave for pharmacy needs, Whole Foods Daily Shop at 301 W 50th St for food. Nothing available inside the terminal, so stock up beforehand.
