When Can You Board Celebrity Xcel?
Celebrity has you choose a staggered arrival window during check-in and asks you to arrive inside it. Your hard cutoff is the All Aboard Time listed in your Guest Documents.

Celebrity Xcel cruise parking at Terminal E
- Where you park
PortMiami assigns Terminal E to Surface Lot E; it and Garage D are $10/day short-term, $25/day for cruises. Lot E also holds the port's oversized spaces (RVs, trailers) at special rates — call 305-960-5463 for assistance.
- Drop-off
Follow signs to Terminal E — it shares facilities with Terminal D for Carnival, Holland America, Princess, and P&O cruises. Drop off luggage with curbside porters (tip $2-3 per bag), then follow signs to your cruise line's check-in area.
Where can I park for a Celebrity Xcel cruise?

$25-35/day for cruise-length garage parking, depending on terminal. Garage A is quoted by its own operator rather than the port.
