When Can You Board Carnival Miracle?

Carnival gives you an Arrival Appointment, chosen during online check-in — the time everyone in your stateroom should be at the terminal. You must be on board by the Final Boarding time printed on your boarding pass.

The arrival time on your own boarding pass is the one that governs your sailing.

Where you park

Multiple options: Express Lot is walking distance. Lots A (160 33rd St) and B (224 33rd St) are further from the terminal, with a free shuttle. SMP Garage at 25th & Harborside has covered parking at a rate the port does not publish — it prices by lot and quotes yours when you book. Reserve online at portofgalveston.com for best rates.

Drop-off

Address: 2502 Harborside Drive. Follow signs for Terminal 25 — it's the eastern terminal in the downtown port area. Drop luggage curbside with porters (tip $2-3 per bag), then proceed to parking. The terminal is directly across from Terminal 28.

Port Parking Options

The port quotes parking by sailing length through its reservation system rather than publishing a daily rate. Premium covered parking is available at some lots.

Most cruise lines assign an arrival window during online check-in — set yours as soon as check-in opens, since the best slots go first. Follow the check-in instructions your cruise line sends you — they always take priority over general guidance.
